FAQ's

Q: What if I’m unsure if the style I want can be done?

A: Come visit me! If I can’t do what you need, I’m sure one of the many talented stylist with whom I work can service you. Please be mindful of appointments scheduled that day, once you have arrived you will be serviced accordingly. I like to keep you informed of the process and flow. Again if there is a service you are interested in that I do not provide, I guarantee someone in the salon does! 

Q: How many bundles do I need for a ponytail?

A: Typically just one, but if you want it more full two is recommended.


Q: What kind if hair do I need/ do you recommend for a ponytail?

A: The best quality hair would be ideal, but it depends on your budget and what you want the style for. I have Brazilian Hair Bundles for purchase once you arrive at the salon that start at only $50. They can be washed and reused over again. You may also bring your own pack of hair that matches your hair color as well. I've used a number of different brands such as Remy, Outre, Model Model, Live and many more.


Q: How many inches do I need?

A: A standard ponytail is installed with 12" hair. Mid back around 14-16", long-extra long is 18" & up.


Q: How much are your bundles?

A: 12" $50, 14" $55, 16" $60 and so forth.


Q: Do I need to come washed and blow dried?

A: Unless you have a special scalp condition and/or use certain medicated hair products then the answer is NO! A shampoo and blow dry, are both included in your service. I like to make sure your hair is nice, clean, and healthy.


Q: Are children allowed in the salon?

A: If they are being serviced; YES! or if they know how to sit still.

- Please keep in mind that I do work at a beauty salon, not a day care AND that I love children! So If they can abide by shop rules they are welcome.

Q: Why haven’t you responded to my request yet?

A: I can not speak for all stylist/cosmetologist on this one. For me I just ask that you keep in mind I work with my hands. I pride myself on being able to get you out of the salon in a timely fashion. Time is just as important to me - as for me time is money. Having to stop every few minutes to check a text, email, or respond to an appointment request is an unrealistic feat as much as I would love to do so. Please be mindful of that when booking your appointment online. A quick read of this FAQ page helps a lot! Still unsure, drop me a line! I want to hear from you!
